Our mission as a specialty coffee roaster in west Michigan, is to roast the highest quality, ethically and sustainably sourced coffee beans to produce a remarkable flavor. What sets us apart from other roasters? The answer is that we have the experience necessary to closely monitor and make changes to the variables affecting the coffee bean during the roasting process. The end result? That ever elusive “perfect cup” of coffee. We donate a portion of our profits to CoffeeKids.org , a non-profit founded in 1988, which was the first organization within the specialty coffee industry dedicated solely to improving young coffee farmers’ quality of life.
